Stiches & Buttons

Of all the crazy things my boys do (rough housing, tricks on the tramp, doing jumps on their bikes, etc.) I can't believe the two silly reasons we've had to make urgent trips to the doctor this month! First, Ammon fell running down our front yard and split his head open on a green electrical box . It was pretty deep and he had to have 4 stitches! Then last Monday we decided to play "Button, Button, who's got the Button" for FHE. Jaiden was fascinated with the game and refused to give back the button. I guess the smart little bugger figured the only way to keep anyone from taking it was to stick it up his nose! We tried to get it out with tweezers, but we just made his nose bleed. So I had to rush him to the doctor's office where they stuck a thin syringe up his nose and pumped some gel behind the button to get it out. And even after lots of screaming, as soon as the button popped out, Jaiden wanted it back! Silly boys!
