Well today Parker started 2nd grade. Oh how time flies! Preston's cousin and his girlfriend were over on Tuesday and it was funny thinking that when I was their age Parker was just a tiny baby. Now he is 7 1/2 and starting 2nd grade!! He had a great first day of school. He absolutely loves his Avatar backpack and he said no else had one like it. I have been worried about this school year because Parker's ticks are getting worse, but Preston gave him a father's blessing last night and blessed that he would be able to handle them and that it wouldn't affect him socially. I'm sure he will be made fun of eventually, but it definitely helped me feel better. Luckily he has some friends in the ward and friends from last year in his class. So far so good, until next week when we start the kindergarten adventure!

1st Day of School
