No Kitties at School!

Okay, I forgot to blog about this last week, but it was so funny I couldn't leave it out. Kierra has been taking one of her beanie baby kitties to school in her backpack everyday. Well she is supposed to keep them in her backpack but one day last week she decided to take it out during recess. After school I asked her how her day was and she said that her teacher was mean to her kitty. So I asked what her kitty was doing out of her backpack and she told me that her kitty just wanted to go down the slide once and then she was going right back in her backpack. I couldn't help but smile. But then she told me that her teacher said her kitty couldn't come to school anymore. She gave me a puzzled look and said, "I don't think teacher wants her to come to school because she thinks it's just a stuffed animal, she doesn't know it's a baby kitty!" Now that deserved a good laugh. Oh the innocence of a child!
