Home Depot Kids Club

So I just recently found out about a very cool program offered at Home Depot. It is the Home Depot kids club. My neighbor told me about it a few months ago and said she always takes her kids. So on the first Saturday of every month from 9-12 you can take your kids to Home Depot and they can build that months project for free! They also get a free apron and a pin with that months project. They have some great projects too. The first time we went I took all the kids plus one of the neighbors and we made message boards. The kids loved them and we came home and painted them to match their rooms. It was a mistake trying to help four kids though, as it takes some time to read the instructions and help each kid. I recommend two kids per adult. The second time I just took Ammon to make the bean bag toss and it was a lot more fun. So if you want a fun free project for your kids, this Saturday you can go and make a wagon!
(please note we painted all our projects at home, Home Depot does not supply paint, markers etc.)
